Popular BookFest Malaysia 2015, the largest book expo in the country, returns to Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre for its tenth year anniversary.
Visitors of the annual nine-day fair were also treated to an exclusive event organised by Summit. Held in conference hall 1-2, the event features an impressive line-up of speakers, including renowned motivation speaker and author, Andrew Matthews, who arrived in town for the occasion.
Andrew Matthews is one of the world’s most widely read self-help authors, and sought-after speakers worldwide. His books; Happiness Now, Making Friends, How Life Works, Being a Happy Teenager, including the classics Follow Your Heart, and Being Happy!, have sold over seven million copies in 42 languages in 60 countries.
Following the British Open in 1992, Nick Faldo told the world's press that reading "Being Happy!" helped inspire him to victory.
Andrew Matthews, however, believes that happiness is a state of being–a conscious choice people have to make daily until it becomes a way of life.

Speaking in a packed hall, Andrew’s talent is in making complex issues simple. His presentations on "attitude" and "being happy" are laced with humour and he draws lightning-fast cartoons as he speaks.
But they are meant to provide the tools and inspiration for people to live happier lives.

Matthew notes that it has become more challenging to be happy nowadays because "the explosion of technology tends to undermine relationships," he says.
The Australian writer also adds people need to be mindful of technology and keep it in its place, so that we can start "living in the present."
